Privacy & Terms

Swara Sound is a hobby project, not a company. This page says plainly what that means for your data and for you - written to be read, not to be a wall of legalese.

The short version

• Your API keys (Suno/kie.ai, Mureka, RunPod) are saved to a hidden folder in your own Google Drive - never to a database we run. We don't have one.
• Your song library lives either on your own computer (a folder you pick, via your browser - it never leaves your device) or in a normal, visible folder in your own Drive. Your choice, switchable anytime in Settings.
• Every generation request is forwarded to whichever provider you chose (Suno via kie.ai, Mureka, or your own RunPod pod), using the key you supplied, and forgotten immediately after. We never log, store, or reuse your key.
• We don't sell data, run ads, or track you across other sites. There is nothing to sell - we don't hold anything of yours in the first place.

What we actually touch

Swara Sound runs as a static site plus a small stateless relay (Cloudflare Pages Functions). The relay exists for one reason: browsers can't call most of these providers' APIs directly without hitting CORS restrictions. So your request passes through our relay on its way to the provider - key included, used once, then gone. Nothing is written to a database, because there isn't one.

Signing in with Google grants two narrow permissions: a hidden "app data" Drive folder (for your keys and band presets - invisible to you in normal Drive, and invisible to every other app) and, only if you choose Drive-backed library storage, a normal visible folder this app created and can see. We never request broader access to your Drive.

Our host, Cloudflare, may keep standard connection-level logs (IP address, request timing) as part of running any website - that's their infrastructure, governed by Cloudflare's own privacy policy, not something we access or build on. If page-view analytics are enabled, it's Cloudflare Web Analytics: no cookies, no cross-site tracking, aggregate counts only.

What you're responsible for

• Getting and paying for your own API keys - Suno (via kie.ai), Mureka, or your own RunPod account. We never see a cent of that money and don't mark anything up.
• Following each provider's own terms of service and usage policies for whatever you generate. Swara Sound is an interface, not a publisher - what you create and what you do with it is between you and them.
• Keeping your Google account secure - it's the only thing standing between anyone else and your keys and library.

No warranty, no uptime promise

This is provided as-is, free, with no guarantee it'll always be available or bug-free. Most failures that matter - a provider being down, a RunPod pod not responding, a key running out of credit - are entirely outside our control; see the FAQ for how to tell the difference. We're not liable for lost time, lost generations, or provider costs incurred while using this site.

Changing your mind

Because everything lives in your own Drive and your own computer, "deleting your account" here is really just: revoke Swara Sound's access from your Google Account permissions page, and optionally delete the "Swara Sound" folders from your Drive yourself. There's no account on our end to close, because there was never one to open.

Changes to this page

If this policy changes in any meaningful way, the "last updated" date at the top will change with it. There's no mailing list, because we don't have your email address to put on one.
