How many taps do I need?
Three give a first estimate; 8-16 steady taps give a precise average. The live number follows your last few taps so you can see if you're drifting.
What are the delay times for?
Producers set echo, delay and reverb pre-delay to the song's note lengths so effects sit in time. The table gives straight, dotted and triplet times for each note value.
Can it detect the tempo automatically?
